This briefing is part of a series GuildHE are publishing on how we ensure regulation is robust but not overburdensome and is in line with the principles underpinning the Higher Education Research Act 2017 (HERA). One of these principles is how regulation works in the student interest and this document outlines how we think this is best achieved.
